We made some minor modifications to the logo as requested and used this to guide us in the overall style. Penny had taken some beautiful photo's of some sunsets and wanted one as the background. We created custom menu buttons with an oak tree icon. Penny wanted some red on the site so we used a dark red gradient to almost a black on the left sidebar. We created a 'TWR' icon for the sidebar headers as well as created a graphic for a separator between content articles. For the gallery, we created a unique style for the popup displays. Finally, we assisted Penny in getting her initial content added.
Situation
Chuck and Penny Jones contacted Webbering to providewebsite services
for their new equine business.Challenge
As this was the third website that we had designed, developed and hosted for Penny Jones, the only challenge was in meeting her vision for how she wanted the site to look. We have a great working relationship with Penny and, in all seriousness, this wasn't a huge challenge, just work!Solution
Penny knew what she wanted as far as content, she had a logo from agraphic designer
who was a friend and we just followed her lead with just a few suggestions from our own perspective. We made some minor modifications to the logo as requested and used this to guide us in the overall style.
