Situation

Eric Davis, owner of Simply Stated Tees, sells T-Shirts with religious slogans to individuals and church groups.  He had registered his domain name SimplyStatedTees.com in February 2009 but had been unable to get his website up and going.  Eric contacted Webbering on August 9, 2010 to find out more about us.  Since Eric lived nearby, we arranged a meeting, which took place on August 21st, and discussed what he was looking to do with his website and outlined what we could do.  He liked what he heard so he asked us to develop and host his website.

Challenge

Eric had a vision of what he wanted to accomplish with his website but didn't have anything on paper other than a

logo drawing

that a friend had created which was terrific.

Solution

Using the logo drawing which had the basic colors he wanted to use, we came up with a color scheme for the site.  Eric has provided us with a link to another website that he liked the layout, so we had an idea of how he wanted his products to be displayed.  We developed the website using the general layout he wanted, created individual pages for each product with

PayPal integration

and

customized images

to put his slogans on the shirts.  In each step, we communicated with Eric on the development site so he could give us any changes that he wanted until we got him the site he wanted. The site went live on September 4, 2010 which was 2 weeks from the date Eric hired Webbering.  This is about the average time that it takes for most websites.

Result

Eric's business has a fully functional

e-commerce website

that promotes his products and gives viewers ease of online purchasing.
